Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Aptavo, a UK-based provider of cleaning, maintenance, and support services.

1. Services

We will deliver services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the agreed specification. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Payments

Payment terms are as agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Cancellations

At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a charge of up to 50% of the agreed fee.

4. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless otherwise required by UK law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
